I love to run.
2000- Caught the bug for triathlon and over 10 years- completed 6 Ironmans- 4 of these being Ironman Hawaii. In 2007 I was 59th overall and in 2008: 39th overall. Was ranked the 5th fastest American including professionals. This statement is intended to illustrate the level of commitment, sacrifice and hard work I use to further myself in all aspects.
Today- I live outside Boulder, Colorado with my daughter Teagan and our 2 dogs Jedi and Jarvis.

Blue-collar designer/director. I enjoy the design process, getting my hands dirty and working within a group setting.
What I'm most proud of- starting with nothing in 1995, I was the co-founder of Factory Design Labs. From there, we created so many great relationships with friends, incredible creatives and clients that have stood the test of time. We grew the agency from 2 guys in a basement to a Colorado agency to be reckoned with.

Approach
My approach to graphic design is simple: Listen to the user or client, identify how to solve their needs. From there, plan a strategy, inject great design/branding while implementing those ideas through tireless execution. Bottom line- be a creative problem solver. I believe creating a concept and idea is fundamental to a successful product while maintaining simplicity.
